1. Service Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
By contacting RepairPro for services, scheduling an appointment, or allowing our technicians to perform work on your appliances, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Service Description
RepairPro provides professional appliance repair services including:
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of appliance issues
- Repair and replacement of faulty components
- Preventive maintenance services
- Installation of genuine manufacturer parts
- Emergency repair services (when available)
2. Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
- Diagnostic Fee: Charges as per appliance type and issue complexity
- Labor Charges: Quoted upfront before work begins
- Parts Cost: Compatible parts at competitive rates
- Travel Charges: May apply for locations outside primary service area
- Emergency Service: Additional charges for after-hours calls
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
- Diagnostic fee is waived if repair is completed
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
- Estimates are valid for 30 days
3. Warranty and Guarantees
Service Warranty
3-Month Service Warranty
All repairs are backed by our comprehensive 3-month warranty covering both parts and labor for the specific issue addressed.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Cosmetic damage or appearance issues
- Problems caused by power surges or electrical issues
- Damage from attempted self-repair after our service
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before Service
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
- Ensure safe access to the appliance
- Remove personal items from the work area
- Be present during the service appointment
- Have proper identification and payment method ready
During Service
- Allow technician reasonable time to diagnose and repair
- Approve any additional work or charges before proceeding
- Keep children and pets away from the work area
- Ask questions and request clarification as needed
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointment Scheduling
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We provide 2-4 hour arrival windows
- Technicians will call 30 minutes before arrival
- Same-day service subject to availability
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled time
- Late cancellations may incur a service charge
- No-shows will be charged the full diagnostic fee
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge
6. Liability and Insurance
Our Liability
RepairPro carries comprehensive liability insurance and will take responsibility for damage caused by our negligence during the course of normal service operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
Limitation of Liability
RepairPro's liability is limited to:
- Direct damages caused by our service
- Maximum liability not exceeding the cost of the service provided
- No liability for consequential or indirect damages
- No liability for pre-existing conditions or hidden damage
7. Parts and Equipment
Quality Parts
We use genuine manufacturer parts whenever possible. When original parts are unavailable, we may use high-quality aftermarket parts with your approval. All parts come with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Old Parts
Replaced parts become property of RepairPro unless specifically requested by the customer. We may charge additional fees for returning old parts.
8. Safety and Compliance
Safety Standards
- All work performed according to manufacturer specifications
- Compliance with local electrical and safety codes
- Use of proper safety equipment and procedures
- Right to refuse unsafe work conditions
Unsafe Conditions
Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present, including but not limited to gas leaks, electrical hazards, or structural issues that could compromise safety.
9. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of service
- We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
- If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation
- Binding arbitration may be used for significant disputes

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right or refund your money.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your information.
11. Modifications to Terms
RepairPro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
